We are trying some new things this spring. Planting soybeans and corn to help hold some additional does this summer. Next in August we are going to add another layer of brassicas and clover right over the dying summer plots? Trying to maximize our volume and attract deer when we want them most, hunting season! The best food plots for deer are the ones that provide the green food they want during the fall. If our summer food plots get over grazed we can replant them in August. #lickingbranchwhitetailmanagement
